Dr Averill Frankenstein Disappeared during the course of routine investigations into possible breaching of the Schneider protocols, amidst claims he had attempted to splice human genes with those of animals. A former employee of Frankenstein, detained at his lab, claimed the doctor had 'already perfected the art of the hybrid being' and was 'planning to create an army of monsters'.
